When does proCEOss launch? +

What does it cost? +

The full core experience is free forever — boards, tasks, XP, journal, HQ and cloud sync. Pro ($4.99/mo with a 7-day free trial) unlocks unlimited boards and goals, premium themes & custom accent colors, a custom HQ name, the Peach and Matcha shark skins, and every future Pro feature. Cancel anytime. (The Nectar skin is not part of Pro — it belongs to the first 100 founders only, and it is never sold again.)

Can I cheat the shark? +

You can't fake the work. Creating or reordering tasks earns 0 XP — only finishing a task (+XP) and real focus minutes count, and full growth is ~174 hours, so there's no weekend shortcut. Quit a normal session early and you keep the minutes you worked. Turn on Shark Mode (off by default) and the deal gets harsh on purpose: leave the app mid-session and the whole thing burns to zero. That one is a bet you choose to take.

What's the Founding 100? +

The first 100 people to back proCEOss get Pro forever for a single $49.99 payment — no subscription, ever. Monthly Pro adds up to that in ten months, and then keeps going. Yes. Your data syncs through Google Firebase, encrypted in transit and at rest, protected by server-side access rules so only you can read your own boards. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Does it work offline? +

Yes. proCEOss stores everything locally first, so it's instant and works without a connection. When you're back online, it syncs quietly in the background.
