Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your proCEOss account (developer: dyoha creator) and all data associated with it. You can do this yourself inside the app, or request deletion by email — no need to install the app to make a request.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)
- Open proCEOss and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm in the dialog ("Delete account forever?").
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, send an email to proceoss@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account and login credentials.
- Your profile (nickname and profile photo).
- All of your content — projects, tasks, notes, journal entries, goals, and images you created in the app.
- Your stats, streaks, and achievements.
- Files stored on our servers that belong to your account.
What we may keep, and for how long
- Active systems: your data is removed from our live databases and file storage within 30 days of the deletion request.
- Backups: residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
- Legal/financial records: if you made a purchase, we may retain transaction records (handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, not your card details) for as long as required by tax and accounting law. These contain no app content.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. After deletion you can create a new account at any time, but your previous data cannot be recovered.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription through your store account: Apple App Store or Google Play.
