Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how proCEOss ("the App", "we", "us"), operated by dyoha creator, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application. By using proCEOss, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

• Account data — your email address when you register, or an identifier from Google, Apple, or GitHub if you sign in through one of those providers. Each account is assigned a unique user ID (Firebase UID) that we use to associate your data with you.
• Profile data — a nickname and an optional profile photo (avatar), if you choose to add them.
• Your content — the content you create inside the App, including boards, projects, tasks, notes, journal entries and auto-generated insights, goals and protocols, reminders, and any images you add to your boards. We sync this content to the cloud so it stays available across your devices.
• Productivity stats — derived data such as your experience points, levels, streaks, daily activity, focus-session history, and unlocked achievements.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — which features you use and basic interaction events (for example: onboarding completed, task completed, paywall shown, subscription started), to understand how the App is used and improve it.
• Device data — device model, operating system version, and app version.
• Diagnostic data — crash reports, stack traces, and error logs that help us fix bugs.
• Subscription status — whether you have an active paid subscription, your plan, and its expiry, so we can unlock paid features. We receive this from our payment processors; we do not receive or store your payment-card details.
• Approximate location — derived only from your IP address (country/region level) by our analytics and crash- reporting providers. We do not collect precise GPS location.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the App's core features.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To sync your content across your devices via the cloud.
• To process subscriptions and unlock the paid features you buy.
• To diagnose crashes and improve stability and performance.
• To understand aggregate usage and improve the product.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the App. Your data may be processed by:

• Google Firebase — authentication (Firebase Auth), cloud database (Cloud Firestore, where your content is synced), file storage (Firebase Storage, where your avatar and board images are stored), product analytics (Firebase Analytics), crash reporting (Crashlytics), and abuse prevention (Firebase App Check via Play Integrity / App Attest, which confirms requests come from a genuine copy of the app; it does not access your content). When you sign up with an email and password we send a verification email to confirm the address is yours.
• Google, Apple, GitHub — only if you choose to sign in using one of these providers, for authentication. They share a basic account identifier (and, where applicable, your email) with us.
• RevenueCat — subscription management. RevenueCat identifies your subscription using your Firebase user ID and tells us whether your subscription is active.
• Google Play / Apple App Store — payment processing for in-app purchases and subscriptions. Payment is handled entirely by the store; we never receive or store your card details.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

4. Data Storage and International Transfers

Your data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure, which operates servers in the United States and the European Union. By using the App, you understand that your information may be processed in countries outside your own, which may have different data-protection laws.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:

• In the app — open the Profile tab and tap Delete account.
• By request — if you can no longer access the app, follow the steps on our Delete Your Account page (you can also request deletion by email).

Deleting your account triggers an automatic server-side wipe: your account, profile, all synced content, and the files stored for you (avatar and board images) are permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days, and residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days, except where longer retention is required by law. Note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — manage that through your store account. See the Delete Your Account page for full details.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent or object to certain processing.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, authenticated access, and server-side authorization rules. Our database and storage rules restrict access so that each user can read and write only their own data, keyed to their unique user ID. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

proCEOss is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
