Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the proCEOss mobile application ("the App"), operated by dyoha creator ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

proCEOss is a productivity application that helps you organize projects, tasks, journal entries, and goals on a visual canvas. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the App evolves.

2. Beta Software

proCEOss is currently in an early stage of development. The App is provided "as is", may contain bugs, and may change significantly. While we work hard to keep your data safe, we recommend you do not rely on the App as the sole storage of critical information during this period.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when registering.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its infrastructure.
Disrupt, overload, or abuse the service or its servers.
Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.

5. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the content you create in the App (projects, tasks, notes, journal entries, images). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and sync that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it for any purpose other than running the App.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

The core of proCEOss is free. An optional Pro subscription unlocks extra features (such as unlimited boards, premium themes and accent colors, a custom HQ name and the exclusive Nectar shark skin).

Pro is offered at $4.99 / month with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The current price and trial are always shown before you purchase; local pricing may vary by region and store.
Payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their respective terms — we never see or store your card details.
The subscription renews automatically each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, through your store account settings. The free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
Refunds are handled according to the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, branding, mascot, logo, and code are the property of dyoha creator and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data loss will never occur.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dyoha creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends, and your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
